This invention belongs to the field of grille
curtain wall technology, specifically relating to a non-linear prefabricated
metal grille
curtain wall, including a
keel assembly,
diagonal struts,
metal grilles, movable crossbar assemblies, and hook assemblies. Each movable crossbar
assembly corresponds to two horizontal keels (one above and one below), and the movable crossbar
assembly is connected to the two horizontal keels respectively through two
diagonal struts. The
metal grille is U-shaped. The front part of the hook assembly is fixedly connected to the slot of the metal grille. In this solution, each metal grille can be detached from its corresponding
keel assembly, thus eliminating the need for linear assembly in the installation of the various assembly units of the metal grille
curtain wall. Non-linear assembly enables multi-point synchronous construction, thereby improving assembly efficiency. Furthermore, it allows for adjusting the distance between the ends of the metal grille and the building, enabling adjustment of the metal grille's tilt angle and rapid splicing and fixing of adjacent metal grilles.
