The invention discloses a tumor treatment system using optical surgery navigation. The tumor treatment system comprises a CT machine, an ultrasonic instrument, an electromagnetic positioner, a treatment bed, an optical surgery navigation instrument, gamma radiation treatment equipment, a puncture device, a mechanical arm, a fixed turntable and a control table, wherein the optical surgery navigation instrument uses a camera vision system; an RGB camera is used as image output equipment; an optical signal is converted into an electric signal for completing image collection and output; the systemmainly comprises three modules including an optical imaging part, a photoelectric converting part and an electric circuit part, wherein the optical imaging part comprises an optical lens and an imaging plane; after light rays projected on a focus are reflected and are refracted by the optical lens, the image of the focus is projected on the imaging plane of the RGB camera; through the photoelectric converting part, the optical signal is converted into the electric signal; the weak electric signal is magnified by the electric circuit part, and is uploaded onto the control table through a USB interface; the control table is used for image treatment to obtain a focus target spot position.
