control system and method for preventing flood and
debris flow, and belongs to the technical field of
geological disaster prevention and control. The
geological disaster prevention and
control system comprises a
separation system, an energy dissipation
system, a
silt parking and desilting
system and a diversion canal; the
separation system comprises more than one stone retaining
ditch and a water retaining gate; the energy dissipation
system comprises a
speed reduction slot, an anti-climbing baffle, an anti-
impact baffle and a siltseparation passage; and the
silt parking and desilting system comprises a
silt parking place, a silt inlet, a
flume, a silt
discharge gate and a silt
discharge passage. According to the invention, thebreakout characteristics and
provenance properties of
debris flow and flood are sufficiently considered; by arranging the
separation system, the energy dissipation system, the silt parking and desilting system and the diversion canal, the
debris flow is subjected to energy dissipation; if flow and an
impact force of the debris flow or the flood are excessive,
multiple stages of geological disaster prevention and control systems for preventing the flood and the debris flow can be arranged along the outside of a riverway or a cheuch so as to implement staged energy dissipation and decrement ofthe debris flow, carry out staged component control on the debris flow disaster and implement geological disaster prevention and control on the flood and the debris flow.
