Forming method for thermoplastic composite

The invention relates to a forming method for a thermoplastic composite. The forming method comprises the steps of firstly cutting a thermoplastic film and a cloth material into predetermined shapes respectively, wherein the thermoplastic film has an adhering layer and a surface layer; the surface layer has a higher melting point than that of the adhering layer; then laminating the thermoplastic film and the cloth material on a carrier to make the adhering layer of the thermoplastic film face to the cloth material; then heating to melt the adhering layer and soften the surface layer; vacuumizing from the carrier so as to absorb the thermoplastic film and the cloth material downward and press from top to bottom by using a press-fit member, so as to permeate the adhering layer of the thermoplastic film into the cloth material to form tight adhesion. When the carrier is provided with a plurality of convex-concave patterns and the surface layer of the thermoplastic film faces to the top surface of the carrier, clear stereoscopic patterns corresponding to the convex-concave patterns can be formed on the surface layer; and the cloth material and the thermoplastic film can be combined after being cut into required shapes, so that the thermoplastic composite of the thermoplastic film and the cloth material with different shape combinations can be manufactured.

The invention relates to a preparation method of an environmental protection coating of a SiCf/SiC composite material guider blade. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preheating a SiCf/SiC composite material guider blade matrix, and performing PS-PVD (Plasma Spraying-Physical Vapor Deposition) to prepare a Si adhesive layer, a mullite transitional layer, a Yb2SiO5 environmental barrier layer and a La2Zr2O7 heat resistant layer in sequence, wherein the environmental protection coating can be applied to a gas environment at 1,400 to 1,700 DEG C. Preparation of the Si adhesive layer, the mullite transitional layer, the Yb2SiO5 environmental barrier layer and the La2Zr2O7 heat resistant layer of the environmental protection coating is completed on the same equipment; the temperature of the matrix is effectively controlled through heating of a PS-PVD spraying gun, so as to prevent amorphous reaction in a deposition process of the mullite transitional layer; the added heat resistant layer enables the environmental protection coating to adapt to the gas environment at 1,400 to 1,700 DEG C; therefore, the preparation method is applicable to preparation of the environmental protection coating of a high-performance guider blade. The preparation method has the advantages that the preparation process is simple, easy to operate, high in stability, wide in applicable temperature range and wide in application range.

The stand columns are made of reinforcement type open sectional materials, the main beams are made of 45-degree-wing-angle G sectional materials, and through fixing and positioning between metal plate tee joint parts and positioning holes and indenting counter bores of the stand columns as well as between the metal plate tee joint parts and positioning holes and indenting counter bores of the main beams, and positioning connecting between bayonets of the stand columns and the main beams, the stand columns and the main beams are fixed together. Side beams are fixedly and horizontally installed between the stand columns, and the two ends of each side beam are fixedly installed on the stand columns through protrusive connecting parts. An installing plate is vertically and fixedly installed between every two vertical adjacent side beams, and the two ends of each installing plate are fixedly installed on the corresponding side beam through connecting frames.
