The invention discloses a self-adaptive air cushion type head fixing device, which comprises an air leaking device, an air inflation device, a single chip, an air charging and discharging switch, a pressure sensor, a relay and a U-shaped pillow for fixing the head part of a patient; an air chamber of chargeable air is placed in the U-shaped pillow, and the single chip is connected with the air inflation device through the relay; the air inflation device is connected with the air chamber, and the air charging and discharging switch is connected with the single chip; the air charging and discharging switch opens the single chip to control the electrification of the relay, and the air inflation device charges the air chamber, thus the U-shaped pillow tightens the head part of a patient; the pressure sensor is connected with the air chamber for monitoring internal pressure of the air chamber in real time and transmitting the pressure signal to the single chip to compare with the preset pressure value; when the pressure in the air chamber is equal to the preset pressure value, air inflation device stops air inflation; air leaking device is connected with the air chamber. Through charging and pressurizing the air chamber, the U-shaped head pillow fixes the head part of the patient, and guarantees that the head part of the patient cannot sway or move during the CT examination process; besides, the CT image is clear and the diagnosis is exact.
