The invention discloses a local excavation pre-supporting raise boring technology which includes the technological steps of (a) analyzing geological data, (b) excavating stratums, (c) backfilling concrete, (d) installing a raise boring machine, (e) conducting guide hole drilling, (f) conducting reaming drilling, and (g) conducting well wall supporting. According to the local excavation pre-supporting raise boring technology, excavation, replacement, reinforcement and pre-supporting are carried out on weak stratums in advance before the raise boring machine enters the site to reinforce the foundation bearing capacity or control inhomogeneous deformation of the earth surface, and the raise boring can be safely finished. The local excavation pre-supporting raise boring technology is suitable for the structure that bed rock on the upper portion of a well is weak, efflorescent, instable and incapable of supporting the dead load of the raise boring machine and the pressure on the stratum during reaming drilling, or the structure with a fan, an air flue, a safety channel and like which are sensitive to earth surface differential sedimentation on the stratum on the upper portion.
