processing device comprises a box body. The bottom end of the inner portion of the box body is connected witha
drying mesh plate through bolts, wherein the
drying mesh plate is horizontally arranged. The inner wall of the bottom of the box body is connected with hot air pipes through bolts, wherein the
hotair pipes are distributed at equal intervals. The positions, located below the
drying mesh plate, of the tops of the hot air pipes are connected with spray nozzles in a threaded manner, wherein the spray nozzles are distributed at equal intervals. The middles of the inner walls of the two sides of the box body are each connected with chain wheels through rotating shafts and bearings, wherein the chain wheels are distributed at equal intervals. According to the
processing device, the waste residues are added in the box body through a feeding
pipe, and by conducting suction and smashing at the position of a
pipe opening of the feeding
pipe through a double-shaft motor, it can be effectively avoided that the feeding pipe is stuck by the waste residues; meanwhile, it is ensured that the wasteresidues are evenly dispersed in the box body, and the processing efficiency of the waste residues is improved; and in the reciprocated movement process of a chain, rake teeth stir and overturn the waste residues on the surface of the drying mesh plate all the time, the waste residues make sufficient contact with hot air,
moisture in the waste residues can be rapidly evaporated, and the drying efficiency of the waste residues is improved.
