The invention provides a rotational
inertia measuring method based on comparison of rotational
inertia and dynamic coefficients between systems. Under the condition that the
total resistance moment borne by the
system and the instantaneous rotating speed in the deceleration process meet a quadratic polynomial,
motion parameter data, including rotating speed-time or angular position-time or initial rotating speed-
stop time data, of the
system to be tested and a comparison
system containing a rotational
inertia standard part are obtained; fitting the data by using a corresponding
function model to obtain resistance moment equivalent coefficients of the two systems; and comparing the resistance moment equivalent coefficients of the two systems to obtain the rotational inertia of the to-be-tested system. The method is simplified in measurement process, low in cost, high in applicability and particularly suitable for high-precision measurement of the rotational inertia of a system under the complex conditions of
mechanical resistance, fluid
viscous resistance, electromagnetic damping force and the like.
