The invention discloses a fast seedling method of longstalck peaches, comprising: selecting ground temperature stably more than 10 DEG C in spring, seeding 20-25 kg seeds of longstalck peaches per mou; preparing the seeds of longstalck peaches one month ahead of time, placing the seeds of longstalck peaches in a container, burning the seeds using boiled water, meanwhile adding boiled water and mixing, wherein the quantity of the boiled water is added till immersing the seeds, and water temperature is mixed till the water does not burns hands, later on changing clean water once a day for seven days; mixing and accumulating the soaked seeds of longstalck peaches with the sand in a ratio of 1:3, covering with a plastic film for accelerating the germination of seeds, checking the seeds after seven days, seeding when the seeds shoot up, wherein row pitch in seeding is 30 cm, and plant spacing is 2cm to 4 cm. Routine field management is performed after seeding, complementary fertilizer is performed for two times in the middle period, the seeds come out when coming to the standards. The inventive method saves precious germplasm resource and sand storing cost in winter, nursery seedling date is high, which lays a good foundation for comeback of longstalck peaches and utilization of biomass energy.

Technique for cultivating Hemifusus tuba

The invention relates to hemifusus tuba artificial culture technology. The method utilizes a 20 mculture pond. Cement boards with overspreading through holes are laid on the bottom of the culture pond; and the cement boards are 20cm away from the bottom of the culture pond so as to form space between the pond bottom and the cement boards. Then mesh cloth and fine sand are respectively arranged on the cement boards; a water inlet pipe is directly communicated with the pond bottom which is provided with a drain hole; and one end of the drain hole is extended out of the pond, while the other end of the drain hole in the pond is connected with a 70cm high plastic water pipe which is perpendicular to the water surface and is taken as a drain pipe. The initial density of released young snails is 400 to 500 pcs/m; and with the growth of the individual young snails, the density is gradually reduced and the later stage culture density is 30 to 40 pcs/m. During the water change, the water shoots up from the pond bottom through a sand layer; and due to the flushing action of the water, a great part of dirt in the sand layer such as the excrement of the hemifusus tuba is flushed away from the sand layer and is then discharged through the 70cm high drain pipe. Therefore, the culture environment is fully improved so as to benefit the growth of the hemifusus tuba, reduce the diseases, improve the survival rate, and simultaneously reduce the flushing frequency of the sand layer and consequently save much manpower.

The invention discloses a method for Fourier domain iterative splicing super-resolution microscopy based on surface wave illumination. The method comprises the following steps of (1) by changing the illumination angle of incident illumination light, stimulating the surface wave which is propagated along different directions at an interface of a sample and air; (2) enabling a surface wave illumination sample to generate frequency spectrum shifting along the corresponding transverse wave vector, and shifting a high-efficiency component of an object to the lens low objective low passband range; (3) enabling a CCD (charge coupled device) to shoot up an image corresponding to each illumination angle, substituting into a Fourier domain iterative splicing (FP (Fabry-Perot)) algorithm, and finally reconstructing the strength and phase distribution of the complicated sample. The invention also discloses a device for the Fourier domain iterative splicing super-resolution microscopy based on the surface wave illumination. The method has the advantages that the restored quantitative phase does not need to be obtained by interference; when the etching depth of the restored etching grid sample is calculated, the accuracy is verified through AFM (atomic force microscope) detection; the broad application prospect is realized in the material and life sciences.
