The invention relates to a method for preparing a
micelle of
vitamin or hydrogel. The method comprises a method for preparing lipid-soluble
vitamin into the
micelle or a method for preparing
evening primrose oil into the
micelle. The method for preparing the lipid-soluble
vitamin into the micelle comprises the following steps: preparing a NaOH solution; weighing
purified water in a reaction kettle, adding a
sodium hydroxide solution, and stirring until the
sodium hydroxide solution is completely dissolved; putting the reaction kettle into a digital display constant-temperature
oil bath pan for heat preservation, opening a
nitrogen valve, charging
nitrogen under the liquid, adding
glycocholic acid into the reaction kettle, starting stirring, continuously adding
purified water, and stirring; continuously adding a NaOH solution, and continuously stirring; adjusting the pH value; weighing soybean
phospholipid, and continuously carrying out heat preservation and stirring; and successively adding vitamin A, vitamin D3 and
vitamin E, and continuously carrying out heat preservation and stirring. The vitamin A, the vitamin D and the
vitamin E are prepared into micelles and then are uniformly dispersed with other water-soluble vitamins for injection use, so that the vitamin A, the vitamin D and the
vitamin E are better supplemented to a
human body.
