The invention discloses a semi-automatic squid de-epidermis device. The device comprises a frame, a motor, a waste bucket, a cutter, a scraper, a fixing plate, a turntable, a discharging hopper, a cylinder, a PLC and a top seat; the turntable is mounted on the frame through a round shaft, and the motor drives the turntable to rotate around the round shaft, the upper surface is uniformly distributed with four feeding tanks, a vacuum suction system is arranged inside the fixing plate, the fixing plate is mounted above the turntable, and the waste bucket, the top seat and the discharging hopper are mounted below the turntable. The fixing plate is divided into 4 equal parts, and the upper end face of the front three parts is respectively provided with an incision, and the fixing plate is provided with the cutter and the scraper. The top seat is connected to the cylinder. The PLC controls the motor, the vacuum suction system and the cylinder. With the above structure, the squid epidermis isplaced upward into the feeding tanks of the turntable and is sucked by vacuum, the motor drives the turntable to rotate 90 degrees each time, the cutter cuts the epidermis into a plurality of rows, and the scraper scrapes off the epidermis into the waste bucket, and the top seat jacks the squids into the discharging hopper. The device has high de-epidermis efficiency, less damage to the squid surface and good production continuity.
