The invention provides a bicycle seat lifting device which comprises a lifting module, a sensing module and a control module. The lifting module comprises an outer sleeve, a lifting shaft and a valve button, wherein the outer sleeve is connected with a bicycle frame, the lifting shaft is connected with a seat, and the lifting shaft goes down in the outer sleeve when the valve button is driven. The sensing module is fixed on a bicycle wheel and used for sensing the rotation speed of the bicycle wheel and transmitting the rotation speed of the bicycle wheel in a wireless transmission mode. The control module is arranged in the bicycle frame and connected with the lifting module and the sensing module. When the control module receives the information that the rotation speed of the bicycle wheel is lowered from a first rotation speed to a second rotation speed, the control module drives the valve button. When the bicycle seat lifting device detects that the bicycle wheel is decelerated, the valve button is driven and the lifting shaft goes down in the outer sleeve.
