The invention discloses a safe detonating circuit and a safe detonating method for an initiating
explosive device of an aircraft. The safe detonating method comprises the following steps: firstly, forbidding power supply for a power supply positive end of the initiating
explosive device and a power supply positive end of a
relay, and setting a circuit of the initiating
explosive device in an initial safe state; supplying power to the power supply positive end of the initiating explosive device, starting supplying power to the power supply positive end of the
relay after a certain time interval, and enabling the circuit of the power supply initiating explosive device to enter an electrified safe state; connecting a take-off
signal of the aircraft into an open circuit end of an
electromagnetic coil, and enabling the circuit of the initiating explosive device to enter a one-time unlocking state; connecting a separating
signal of the aircraft and a
rocket into the
electromagnetic coil, and enabling the circuit of the initiating explosive device to enter a secondary unlocking state; instantly applying a detonating instruction to the open circuit end of the
electromagnetic coil, and detonating the initiating explosive device;
cutting off the power supply of the power supply positive end of the initiating explosive device and the power supply positive end of the
relay, breaking off the take-off
signal of the aircraft and the separation signal of the aircraft and the
rocket, and enabling the initiating explosive device to be restored to an initial safe state. According to the safe detonating circuit and the safe detonating device disclosed by the invention, due to the adoption of automatic unlocking, the detonating circuit and a five-stage detonating process, the initiating explosive device is effective, safe and reliable for
detonation.
