The invention relates to a spaceborne measurement and control transponder self-testing system and method based on a lower computer, and aims to overcome disadvantages in the prior art, develop the self-detection and self-testing functions of a spaceborne measurement and control transponder, and transplant a part of ground test tasks onto a satellite, so that intelligent and batch production requirements of satellite test tasks can be rapidly responded. On the basis of the existing testing system and method and experiences, a build-in test BIT technology is introduced in single machine design of the spaceborne measurement and control transponder; therefore, due to software function configuration, after receiving a ground uplink self-testing instruction, the measurement and control transponder monitors and interprets related telemetry parameters, obtains and analyzes the main function and the internal working state of the core module of the measurement and control transponder autonomously and rapidly, and completes telemetry downloading of a self-testing result; and thus, the spaceborne measurement and control transponder has a module self-testing function. By means of the spacebornemeasurement and control transponder self-testing system and method based on the lower computer disclosed by the invention, the comprehensive testing efficiency and the automation degree of the satellite are improved; furthermore, the original normal working mode is not influenced; and the spaceborne measurement and control transponder self-testing method is high in universality and easy to expand, and applied to other single machine equipment on the satellite.
