A high-sensitive and high accuracy vibrating type pressure sensor (1) allowing a corrosive gas pressure to be directly applied thereto, having a heat resistance, and having no room for mixing of noise into a vibrator, comprising a stainless steel pressure receiving diaphragm (4) for receiving a fluid pressure P on a rear surface side, the vibrator (12) formed on the front surface side of the pressure receiving diaphragm (4), a wall body (8) disposed so as to surround the periphery of the vibrator (12), and a permeable part (20) for light transmission for changing an internal space in which the vibrator (12) is present into a vacuum chamber (10) by closing an opening part (8a) in the wall body (8), whereby, since the diaphragm (4) is formed of the stainless steel with corrosion resistance, the sensor can also be applied to corrosive fluid, since circuit wiring is eliminated from the vibrator (12) and the vibrator is isolatedly disposed in the vacuum chamber (10), mixing of electromagnetic noise can be eliminated, and since the resonance frequency fn of the vibrator (12) is performed by optical measurement in the state of non-contact, extremely high-sensitive and high-accuracy detection can be performed. A forced vibration device (57) can also be operated by piezo driving and electrostatic driving from the outside without generating noise.

The magnetic conductive assembly of the electromagnetic coil comprises two magnetic conductive parts which are equipped with end plates; each end plate is equipped with a through hole which is in match with an inner hole in a coil part; at least one of the two end plates is fixedly equipped with a magnetic conductive sleeve which is inserted into the inner hole; two magnetic conductive parts sleeve the coil part to be fixedly connected; the magnetic conductive assembly is of a split type structure; the magnetic conductive parts and the magnetic conductive sleeves are integrally arranged; when in assembling, the inner end surfaces of the magnetic conductive parts are reliably clung to the end surfaces of the coil parts, so that the electromagnetic noise produced between the magnetic conductive parts and the coil part or between the magnetic conductive parts and the magnetic conductive sleeves in the background technology can be avoided; in addition, each magnetic conductive sleeve is inserted into the inner hole of the coil part, so that the relative positions of the magnetic conductive parts and the coil part is limited; the two magnetic conductive parts are fixedly connected are being assembled, thus the magnetic conductive assemblies are reliably located to the coil part, and the quality problem that the magnetic conductive assembly and the coil part are separated and even fallen down during being transported can be avoided. High-frequency micro-electric protection mutual inductor

The invention relates to a high-frequency micro-electric protection mutual inductor. The mutual inductor comprises a closed iron core formed by two magnetic cores made of a high-frequency ferrite softmagnetic material. A primary coil and a secondary coil are arranged on the two magnetic cores, and two leading-out ends of the primary coil are connected with a high-resistance resistor in series. The primary coil and the secondary coil are formed by winding enamelled copper wires in a multilayer mode, and the number of winding turns is larger than 4000. Enamelled copper wires used by the primarycoil and the secondary coil adopt a same specification, a diameter is less than 0.1 mm, and three strands of stranded wires are led out in the last circle during wire leading. And the resistance value of the high-resistance resistor is 330 kiloohms. And the two magnetic cores made of the high-frequency ferrite soft magnetic material adopt ER magnetic cores. The inductor is high in anti-electromagnetic interference capability, power grid pollution such as a surge current generated in power generation and the like is prevented, the inductor is widely used for micro-power protection of wind power generation, electrical transmission, subways and the like, and an electromagnetic noise and jitter are effectively prevented.
