The synthetic method can synthesize the TaC-SiC ceramic composite materials by in-situ reaction, the prepared TaC-SiC ceramic composite materials are mainly used for structural components of ablation resistance under high temperature and anti-oxidation and the materials are applied to the aerospace field.

The ironing-free circulating clothes dryer also comprises a gravity straightening device, a heating cavity and an air flue, wherein an air outlet is formed in a top plate of the cabinet; the heating cavity is formed in a bottom plate of the cabinet, the heating body and the fan are arranged in the heating cavity, one end of the air flue communicates with the air outlet while the other end of the air flue communicates with an air inlet of the heating cavity; a dropping and draining hole is formed in the bottom of the heating cavity; and the gravity straightening device is arranged on the lower end of the clothes. With adoption of the structure, by arranging the gravity straightening device, clothes can be straightened and is crease-resistant; and the ironing-free circulating clothes dryer is energy-saving due to hot wind closed circulation and external pollution is avoided.
