Thedevice is simple in structure, capable of avoiding contaminations generated on fingers of an operator during the liquid draining operation, good in modularized effect, capable of avoiding seepage dripping under the non-liquid-draining state, capable of ensuring he metering accuracy and good in box body balance effect.
