This invention relates to the field of grain
processing machinery technology and discloses a rotary rice
sieve device, including a support frame. A screening box is located inside the support frame, and a rotary
assembly is connected to the lower exterior of the screening box. A feed inlet is fixedly connected to the top of the screening box, and a material
equalization assembly is located inside the feed inlet. The material
equalization assembly combs the rice grains through a first air blowing head and lifts rice
bran and dust through a second air blowing head. Multiple filter frames and partitions are fixedly connected sequentially from top to bottom inside the screening box. Screening filters are located inside the filter frames. Multiple
discharge ports are fixedly connected to the bottom of the screening box. This invention utilizes a high-pressure blower to drive the first air blowing head along the tangential direction of the arc-shaped guide plate to comb the rice grains, ensuring they enter the screening stage evenly. Simultaneously, the second air blowing head tilts upwards to lift rice
bran and dust, creating conditions for subsequent collection.
