distributor shell comprises a front end cover, a cover plate, a belt and an external fixed plate. The shaft is mounted on the distributor shell, the
discharge plate is positioned by the shaft and fixed onto the external fixed plate through bolted connection, the front end cover is positioned on the upper portion of the
discharge plate, the air cutoff stopper is positioned in a negative-pressure
air chamber of the discharge plate, the seed-clearing
brush is mounted on the inner side of the front end cover, and the secondary seed charge girdle device is welded on the inner wall of the belt. The air-suction
cell seed distributor can be divided into a seed taking area, a seed-clearing area, a seed carrying area and a seed throwing area. Seeds in the seed taking area enter
cell holes under the action of negative pressure and the gravity of the seeds, redundant seeds at the edges of the cell holes are brushed back into the seed chamber by the seed-clearing
brush in the seed-clearing area, the moving area of the seeds can be limited by a seed protecting plate in the seed carrying area, the negative pressure is
cut off by the air cutoff stopper in the seedthrowing area, and the seeds are thrown under the action of the gravity of the seeds. The requirements for seed arrangement negative pressure and damage to the seeds can be effectively reduced, the
sowing qualification rate of the seed distributor is increased, and the seed distributor is suitable for precision
sowing of irregular seeds with medium and
large particle sizes and shapes.
