A matt and antistatic spray coating, comprising, in parts by weight, raw materials of: 20-30 parts of pure acrylic emulsion, 15-25 parts of styrene-acrylic emulsion, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl alcohol glue, 3-8 parts of matt powder, 2-5 parts of antistatic agent solution, 1-3 parts of kaolin, 0.1-0.2 parts of dispersant, 0.2-0.5 parts of whitening agent, 0.2-0.5 parts of antifoaming agent, 0.5-0.8 parts of conductive agent, 0.4-0.6 parts of wetting agent and 30-40 parts of deionized water. A preparation method for said spray coating comprises steps of: formulating an antistatic agent solution, formulating polyvinyl alcohol glue, formulating spray coating, etc. Said spray coating has advantages such as wide range of use, antistatic properties, and soft and bright printing color.
