The self-adaptive headlamp comprises a projection part and a reflection part, wherein light rays emitted by an LED (Light Emitting Diode) are collimated by a paraboloid and a collimating lens, light beams are uniformly imaged on a digital micromirror by double rows of fly's-eye lenses and a convergent lens, and every row of fly's-eye lenses is composed of three small lenses of different shapes. According to the LED lampshade provided by the invention and through overall consideration on the composition formula of the lampshade and the final structure of the product, the LED lamp which is convenient to process and has high diffusion property is obtained, has excellent dodging effect and avoids undesirable phenomena of facula, halo and the like on the basis of guaranteeing high light-transmitting performance.

The invention, which belongs to the technical field of optical films, in particular relates to a diffuse reflection type reflective film and a preparation method thereof. The diffuse reflection type reflective film is composed of a core layer and a surface layer or surface layers arranged at one side or two sides of the core layer. Each surface layer includes the following components: 80 to 90 parts of polyester resins, 5 to 15 parts of scattering particles, and 5 to 8 parts of antistatic agents. The preparation method of scattering particles is implemented as follows: an acid solution is added into a mixture of quartz powder and mica powder; after uniform mixing, the mixture is added into a jet device and thus accelerated processing is carried out; drying is carried out; and then a laserbeam is used for irradiation to obtain scattering particles. According to the invention, the surface layer of the reflective film is filled with scattering particles and the scattering particles are formed by insertion and welding of mica powder on the surface of the quartz powder, so that the excellent light scattering performance is realized. Therefore, the prepared reflective film has the excellent light scattering performance and is suitable for a short OD backlight module group with a good dodging effect, so that problems of light shadow existence and surrounding shadow existence are solved.
