humidity machine. The improved structure of the constant-temperature and constant-
humidity machine comprises a maincontrol circuit module, a
heat exchanger, a humidification
system device and an exhaust fan. The main
control circuit module comprises a power supply module, a
control circuit board, a frequency converter, a precision
electronic expansion valve and a high-precision sensor. The
heat exchanger is connected with a compressor, and a high-precision flow controller and a
pressure reduction control valve are connected between the
heat exchanger and the compressor. The humidification
system device is arranged in an air mixing and collection hood and connected with a
water collection tank, an automatic water supplement device, a heating
pipe and the sensor. One end of the exhaust fan is connected with an air inlet, and the other end of the exhaust fan is connected with an air outlet. According tothe improved structure of the constant-temperature and constant-
humidity machine, the frequency converter is controlled by the
control circuit board to drive the compressor to achieve
refrigeration, the exhaust fan is used for sucking air in an airtight environment space, and the main control circuit automatically adjusts the power of the frequency converter when the temperature and the humidity meet requirements, so that the temperature is kept stable, the power of the compressor and the exhaust fan is reduced, and the purpose of saving energy is achieved.
