The invention relates to a method for making
ecological building bricks through in-situ pre-pressing forming from dredge mud, which comprises the following steps that: 1, raw materials comprise river channel dredge mud,
cement, clastic rocks, sand and water; 2, the materials are uniformly mixed and are loaded into a river channel protection slope prefabricated mold for
prefabrication and forming;3, after the pre-pressing forming, the
plant growth
nutrition pulp is extruded into a building
brick hole gap, and then,
steaming and pressing maintenance is carried out; 4, soil, fertilizers, insecticide, water and
plant seeds are uniformly mixed to be made into
plant growth substrates, and the made
plant growth substrates are extruded and conveyed to the prefabricated building
brick hole gaps by an extruding pump; 5, the building bricks extruded with the
plant growth substrates are sent into a
steaming and pressing maintenance shop for maintenance; and 6, the materials are placed for 28 days under the natural conditions. The method has the advantages that the in-situ treatment of the dredge mud is realized, the dredge mud is changed into resources to be utilized, the
plant growth requirements are met, and the problems of plant
recovery difficulty and the like caused by flushing and
nutrient loss can be avoided. The
ecological building bricks have the characteristics of
high intensity and flushing resistance. The plant growth substrates have the effects of ensuring the protection slop plant
recovery, improving the river channel protection slop ecological
system and building good river channel landscape.
