This power and safety control hub for overall power control, safety control and power distribution integrates fault tolerant power disconnect control, software monitoring of disconnect and multi-voltage power distribution and disconnect with non-hazardous power control, EMI filtering and multi-circuit current protection in a single unit. In addition, it implements electromagnetic, single fault tolerant, safety control circuits without using positively driven contact relays. It coordinates the shutdown of any connected mechanical drives such as servo motor drives, stepper motor drives and variable speed drives autonomously commanding them to come to a controlled stop before safety power is disconnected (when networked controls are used). It also integrates segmented hazardous power control (load/unload and main machine/equipment areas) so that the main area can be operating while the load/unload area has power disconnected. Further, it automatically discharges energy sources within connected mechanical drives at the time of safety power disconnect of hazardous power. It also utilizes a safety control and monitoring algorithm that automatically forces the test on e-stop switches and interlocks in a machine each time the machine is powered up or reset. In addition, it has a state driven safety control and monitoring algorithm that pinpoints wiring and device problems for rapid debug. It includes internal self-protection that automatically forces a control safety power disconnect (after warning the host) if the unit should approach its maximum operating temperature, or if a cooling fan stops. Further, it incorporates safety monitoring software for the synchronous de-bouncing of the interlock and e-stop switch inputs (as a vector) to eliminate false trips. It also integrates a comprehensive audible overcurrent trip indicator as well as individual visual overcurrent indicators in the power distribution system and an e-stop reset function into the machine on-off front panel switch. Finally, our power and safety control hub for overall power control, safety control and power distribution includes a “soft-off” circuit that automatically shuts off the machine when the power supply voltage to a host computer is shut down.

The invention relates to a method for a node to access multiple channels exactly and efficiently in an underwater cognitive network. The method comprises the steps of performing spectrum prediction by utilizing a spectrum sensing result and obtaining state information of each channel after the spectrum sensing; performing optimized allocation based on the current state information of each channel and each channel bandwidth as the optimization goal of spectrum allocation is the maximum channel gain, and the spectrum allocation emphasizes on considering maximization of a channel capacity; dividing multiple time slots in order to avoid long propagation delay of a sound signal and save energy, wherein each control packet and each data packet only can be sent at the start moment of one time slot; and transmitting data by adopting a message string mode, wherein each data transmitting node is required to transmit the data at the start moment of the time slot with the serial number being integer multiples of 4 after the channel allocation is ended. According to the method for the node to access multiple channels exactly and efficiently in the underwater cognitive network, effective throughput of an underwater network system is increased, and efficient transmission of communication data is realized.

The invention relates to a multipath congestion control method and device based on time delay and window jitter. The multi-path congestion control method based on time delay and window jitter comprises the following steps: obtaining a characteristic value R (k) of current network delay jitter according to a product of a difference value between data round-trip time delay and a data round-trip timedelay average value on a current transmission path and a first weight value; obtaining the average value of the size of the congestion window on the current transmission path and the sizes of the previous n congestion windows, and obtaining the characteristic value w (k) of the jitter of the current congestion window according to the product of the difference value between the congestion window value and the average value of the previous n congestion windows and the second weight value; determining the current packet loss type on the data transmission path by using the result of the sum of R(k) and w (k); and adjusting a congestion window corresponding to the data sending path according to the packet loss type. According to the multi-path congestion control method based on the time delayand the window jitter, the effective throughput of the MPTCP of the mobile terminal is improved.
