A triple geared transmission unit comprises a box body, a low-speed shaft, a low-speed big gear wheel, low-speed small gear wheels, a medium-speed connection shaft, medium-speed big gear wheels, medium-speed small gear wheels, a high-speed connection shaft, high-speed big gear wheels, a high-speed small gear wheel and a high-speed shaft, wherein, the low-speed shaft is coupled with the low-speed big gear wheel, and at low speed degree, the low-speed big gear wheel is geared with the six low-speed small gear wheels; at medium speed degree, the six medium-speed big gear wheels are separated in three groups, each group comprises two medium-speed big gear wheels and the medium-speed big gear wheels in the same group are geared with a medium-speed small gear wheel simultaneously; at high speed degree, three high-speed big gear wheels are geared with the high-speed small gear wheel which is linked with the high-speed shaft; meanwhile, the transmission unit is characterized by high power, large speed ratio, high efficiency, high reliability, reasonable power distribution, simple structure and low manufacturing cost, and is particularly applicable to wind power generation.
