The layout of the weld pad is applicable to the debugger of a circuit board, and comprises a first endpoint, a second endpoint, a first conductor, a second conductor and a weld pad which can be reworked, wherein, a debugging position is arranged between the first endpoint and the second endpoint; the weld pad which can be reworked can be configured in the debugging position between the first endpoint and the second endpoint; the first conductor can connect the first endpoint with the weld pad which can be reworked; the second conductor can connect the second endpoint with the weld pad which can be reworked; the weld pad which can be reworked can be cut in the debugger, so that the weld pad which can be reworked is divided into a first test section closer to the first endpoint and a second test section closer to the second endpoint; the width of the intermediate region of the weld pad which can be reworked is narrower than that of two sides thereof, for example, the shape of the weld pad which can be reworked can be in a shape of a sandglass; and the first endpoint and the second endpoint can be conducting holes, or pins of an integrated circuit chip. The layout of the weld pad which can be reworked can further comprise a tin material, which covers the weld pad which can be reworked so as to weld the first and the second test sections.
