The invention relates to an infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy detection device and method for decomposed components of sulfur hexafluoride under partial discharge, belonging to the technical field of partial discharge on-line monitoring of SF6 gas insulating electrical equipment. The device of the invention mainly comprises an induction voltage regulator, a corona free experimental transformer, a partial discharge free protective resistor, a standard capacitive voltage divider, a non-inductive resistor, a GIS analog element, a wide-frequency high-speed ultrahigh-capacity digital storage oscillograph and an infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy system. In the method of the invention, infrared photoacoustic spectroscopy detection is carried out on the decomposed gas of SF6 under partial discharge in the GIS analog element by the device of the invention. The invention has high sensitivity, little gas consumption, multiple detection components and strong anti-jamming capability, can effectively detect SF6, CF4, SO2F2, SOF2, SO2, HF and the like as low as 0.01 muL/L, and is suitable for on-line detection. The invention can be widely used for detection of partial discharge decomposed gas of SF6 in the SF6 gas insulating electrical equipment, especially the GIS equipment.

Parts of the hot wind (G1') are used in preheating of the blast furnace gas or coking coal gas in the heat exchanger. Parts of the cooled wind (G2') discharged from the cooling zone of a desorption tower are used to carry out gas sealing of raw flue gas baffle plates, purified flue gas baffle plates and bypass baffle plates arranged in the whole desulphurization and denitration device. The equipment simultaneously sprays water to red-hot carbonized semi-coke with the two spay pipes on the two sides of the coke supporting plate, generates steam after the water spray to quench the semi-coke and scrapes the quenched semi-coke out of the sealed large quenching groove with the buried scraper conveyor and the semi-coke has a water content about 8 percent, which saves a conventional drying procedure. The method includes adsorbing sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and other pollutants through activated carbon in an activated carbon adsorption tower of a desulphurization and denitration device, allowing blast furnace gas or coke oven gas to flow through a gas heat exchanger to preheat the blast furnace gas or the coke oven gas, conveying the blast furnace gas or the coke oven gas to a combustion chamber of a heating furnace, combusting, allowing high-temperature hot wind G0 discharged from the combustion chamber to flow through a temperature adjusting zone at the tail of the heating furnace to adjust the temperature so that the high-temperature hot wind turns into cooled hot wind G1, conveying the G1 to a heating zone of a desorption column, desorbing the activated carbon through the hot wind G1, discharging hot wind G1' which is further cooled from the heating zone, and applying a part of the hot wind G1' to preheat the blast furnace gas or the coke oven gas in the gas heat exchanger. One part of cooling wind G2' discharged from a cooling zone of the desorption column is adopted for heating nitrogen adopted as a gas carrier and / or for evaporating acid preparing wastewater. A desorption device for the activated carbon is also provided.

An ultraviolet fluorescence system is arranged and comprises a fluorescence excitation assembly, a fluorescence capturing assembly and a gas passage assembly. In detection, performance parameters of the system are measured at first, and then the concentration of a discharging trace component of sulfur hexafluoride gas is detected. The apparatus and method provided by the invention can realize real-time, on-line and continuous monitoring and are widely applicable to detection of decomposition components of sulfur hexafluoride under the condition of partial discharging in SFT gas insulation electrical equipment, especially GIS equipment; and a simple and reliable method is provided for theoretical analysis of and applied research on state detection of SF6 in GIS equipment in scientific research, teaching and research institutes, equipment manufacturers and electrical power systems.
