The counterweight mechanism is located above the housing and includes a cylinder connected to the upper surface of the housing. This application adjusts the weight of the device by adding a counterweight block through the cooperation of a counterweight block and a groove. Using an adjusting rod, a threaded ring, and a connecting rod, the end of the connecting rod near the threaded ring moves upward, causing the connecting rod to push a control plate downward. This causes the control plate to push an arc-shaped rubber strip downward, allowing the arc-shaped rubber strip to extend out of the arc-shaped groove and contact the ground. By adjusting the friction between the device and the ground, the difficulty of pulling the counterweight device can be adjusted according to needs, thus making it suitable for trainees at different stages.
