rubber cement for a static balance patch of an aircraft tire and a preparation method of the room-temperature vulcanized
rubber cement, and the room-temperature vulcanized
rubber cement is prepared by taking
natural rubber as a main material and C5
petroleum resin, an anti-aging agent BLE-W, an anti-aging agent RD, an anti-aging agent 4020, an anti-reversion agent HVA-2, precipitated white
carbon black, a
silane coupling agent, high-wear-resistance
carbon black, a diethyl dithiocarbamic acid
accelerant and insoluble
sulfur as auxiliary materials. One part is mixed through an open mill or an internal mixer to prepare
masterbatch containing insoluble
sulfur, then the
masterbatch is dissolved in n-
heptane to obtain first
masterbatch cement, the other part is directly dissolved in n-
heptane to obtain second masterbatch
cement containing the
accelerant SDC, and the two kinds of rubber
cement are mixed according to the
mass ratio of 1: 1 during use. The rubber cement is moderate in
hardness and can perfectly accord with a
natural rubber inner liner of an existing aircraft tire, the
bonding strength between a static balance sheet using the rubber cement and a tire lining of the tire is high, and the rubber cement has the advantages of relatively high tensile strength and tearing strength, good heat
aging resistance and room-temperature
vulcanization capacity.
