curcumin extraction and purification method based on an aminophosphonic acid complexing agent, and belongs to the technical field of
natural product extraction. According to the method,
ethylenediamine tetramethylenephosphonic acid (
EDTMP) or amino trimethylene phosphonic acid (
ATMP) is taken as a complexing agent, and efficient extraction and accurate purification of
curcumin are realized by virtue of a five-step process of
raw material pretreatment, complexation reaction, complex separation, complex dissociation and refining purification and by virtue of specific binding and gradient
pH regulation of the complexing agent on
curcumin. The extraction rate reaches 92% or above, the product purity is larger than or equal to 98.5%, the total content of heavy
metal is smaller than or equal to 0.1 mg / kg, and no toxic
solvent is left; meanwhile, the process is simple and convenient, the cost is low, the complexing agent can be recycled, and the method is suitable for large-scale production, can be widely applied to preparation of high-purity curcumin in the fields of food and
medicine, and has extremely high industrialization value.
