environmental risk assessment, in particular to a waste acid utilization facility
environmental risk assessment method and device based on multi-
source data, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting waste acid kettle operation data, calculating electrochemical
signal entropy, establishing a
corrosion stress field through weighting, calculating a pitting rate, and measuring and calculating
punching time in combination with the property of waste acid. According to the method,
voltage fluctuation and mechanical stress data in the kettle are collected in real time, the electrochemical
signal entropy is subjected to trend calculation through a least square method to quantify the
corrosion activeness, the
corrosion activeness is used as a weight to be fused with
fluid pressure and torque to construct a corrosion stress
coupling field, and a reduction material stress and chemical
erosion interactive damage mechanism is used; and a threshold exceeding unit is extracted, the pitting
expansion rate is measured and calculated through an index model, the
punching remaining time is calculated in combination with the property of waste acid,
risk assessment is converted from qualitative experience to quantitative early warning, hidden pitting leakage is avoided, and timely intervention before physical failure is ensured.
