The invention discloses a digital design method for closing tooth implantation upper repairing screw holes through a preformed inlay.The method comprises the steps of oral working model obtaining, design of a target implant prosthesis, matching opening of a screw hole area, pre-cutting or 3D printing of a substrate (dental ceramic and dental metal) and the like. The steps in clinical use include expanding a screw hole of an implant tooth to reachthe size and depth of a design hole, stationing and wearing of the preformed inlay, filling and leveling in the hole, installation of the preformed inlay, curing of a selected binder, final grinding and polishing of the surface of the preformed inlay and the like. Accordingly, the design is simple, industrial large-scale processing and manufacturing are facilitated, and rapid installation of the preformed inlay is facilitated, too much binder cannot be left, the screw holes can be closed rapidly and stably, the closed opening is attractive, stable and high in mechanical property, the attractiveness and closing problems of anterior tooth screw hole lip side openings can be solved, and the case of anterior tooth implant repair lip side opening becomes a conventional indication.
