The invention discloses a wax injection mold for investment casting of hollow turbine blades and a method for rapidly and accurately manufacturing the wax injection mold. The mold consists of a cavity mold, a mold core and an accessory structure, wherein the cavity mold comprises an upper mold and a lower mold of a combined structure; each mold block forming the cavity mold consists of an external aluminum mold frame, an internal cast zinc alloy inlay and a conformal cooling copper pipe embedded into the inlay; a mold core positioning piece which can be decomposed at a high temperature is arranged on a longitudinal rib of the mold core; and water-soluble core blocks used for forming exhaust openings in the rear edges of the turbine blades are arranged on rear edge ribs of the mold core. The matching precision of the mold core positioning piece and the cavity mold is guaranteed by adopting a cavity mold interior running-in method, and the matching precision of the water-soluble core blocks and the cavity mold is guaranteed by adopting a cavity mold interior adhesion method. The wax injection mold disclosed by the invention is low in manufacturing cost and short in period, and the high wax pattern precision and core positioning precision can be obtained.

The invention discloses a method for using a constraint bonded-bridge type artificial tooth, which comprises the following steps: respectively forming 0.5mm deep indicating grooves by grinding at the positions 0.5mm at a palate side neck edge and 0.5mm at a jaw edge, at the flat palate edge and the jaw edge, removing the tooth tissues between the indicating grooves by grinding; preparing a 1mm deep inlay hole at the position of a facial rest, and extending a shaft wall outwards for 15 degrees; preparing wax models of wing plates and connectors at the palatoglossal side and the adjacent surface thereof on a phosphate model, then embedding and casting the wax models; carrying out abrasive blasting, grinding and polishing on the obtained wax models; preparing an inner crown wax model of an artificial tooth on the connector of a tongue device; connecting the inner crown wax model of the artificial tooth and a wax model of the inlay rest into a whole, then embedding, casting and debugging in place; debugging the tongue device in place from the tongue direction; taking a jaw device in position from the jaw direction; then bonding the max models by resin adhesives. By using the method disclosed by the invention, the production process of the artificial tooth is simple, the abutment preparation quantity is less, the method is easy to operate, anesthesia is not required, and no side effect is caused; and the tooth preparation method is simple and easy to master, the operation time of the method is short, the repair effect is good, and the retention effect is good.
