The invention is a method to produce one-dimensional nano material by living soy sprout template, firstly washing the soy sprout by distilled water, and then taking the metallic ion solution containing Pb, Cd and Fe and the metallic ion solution containing Se or S to place in two containers, respectively, their concentration are both 0.05-0.20mol/L, and their ion mole number ratio is corresponding to the chemical formula of the result. At first, immersing the soy sprout in one of the two solutions to react at room temperature for 12-48 hours, and then immersing the soy sprout in the other one to react at room temperature for 12-48 hours. At last, transferring the result outside the soy sprout to anhydrous alcohol to obtain a one-dimensional nano material with an appearance. Cutting open the soy sprout, and then transferring the result deposited in root guide tube to the other small beaker holding anhydrous alcohol to obtain a one-dimensional nano material with another appearance. Its cost is low, its technique is simple, it has no pollution and its productivity reaches 90%, and it has various fine performances. It can be widely applied to preparation of nano stick, thread, tube and slat.
