mixed gas, and belongs to the field of insulating gas detection. Comprising the following steps: feeding sample gas into a chromatographic
tower through carrier gas; the first
product gas flows into a detection cavity through a
buffer tank, the first concentration of the first
product gas is obtained through carrier gas flushing, the second concentration of the first
product gas is obtained through vacuumizing the detection cavity, and the third concentration of the first product gas is obtained through further carrier gas flushing; similarly, first to third concentrations of the second product gas and the third product gas are obtained; and respectively obtaining the final concentrations based on the first to third concentrations of the product gases. According to the method, different characteristic product gases are output to corresponding buffer tanks at different time intervals through
chromatography, then sample gas is conveyed through carrier gas, and detection is performed through corresponding
pyroelectric detectors, so that the problem that cross interference exists between the characteristic product gases and
infrared absorption bands between the characteristic product gases and background gas when the characteristic product gases are directly detected by using a spectrum method is solved.
