A vision-based real-time detection method for mineral mixture components

This invention discloses a vision-based real-time detection method for mineral mixture components, belonging to the field of mineral mixture production technology. The method includes camera selection and installation, acquisition of imaging videos of different material compositions, generation of a target detection dataset, analysis and calculation of the target detection dataset, setting an allowable error range, and finally timely detection of abnormal mineral mixture proportions through image detection and notification to production line workers. The proposed method is adaptable to all-weather lighting conditions, has good generalization ability, can adapt to different conveyor belt angles and camera imaging angles, can be used across different plant areas for the same mixture, improves the real-time performance of mixture proportion detection, and can record the actual proportions for each feeding cycle. It addresses the shortcomings of existing methods that rely on production line workers to remotely observe raw material proportions in real-time during step-by-step proportioning, leading to worker fatigue and difficulty in timely detection of abnormal material proportions.
