This invention belongs to the field of water pump shaft seal
water flow monitoring technology, specifically relating to a shaft seal
water flow monitoring device. One end of the device bracket is connected parallel to a DC generator, and the other end is fixedly connected to the end of the shaft seal water pipeline. The hydraulic
impeller faces the outlet of the shaft seal water pipeline. One end of the DC generator is connected to the hydraulic
impeller, and the other end is connected to a flow
processing device via a lead wire. The upper right side of the flow
processing device has a
junction box for indicator lights, which is connected to a red
lower limit alarm light, a white alarm light, a yellow upper limit alarm light, and a green normal operation light. The lower right side of the flow
processing device includes a flow upper
limit setting display screen, a flow upper
limit setting knob, a flow
lower limit setting display screen, a flow
lower limit setting knob, a pre-alarm display screen, a pre-alarm setting knob, and an actual flow display screen. Four blades are distributed at 90° around the hydraulic
impeller shaft. This invention enables
remote observation or
remote camera observation of whether the shaft seal flow of a large water pump is normal.
