argon-bowing protection part, an

brick and a
windshield, wherein the argon-sealing
brick is arranged under the argon-blowing protection part, a gap is formed between the argon-blowing protection part and the argon-sealing
brick, the upper part of the argon-blowing protection part is clamped with a steel
ladle, an inner hole is formed in the argon-blowing protection part, the hollow cavity of the steel
ladle and the inner cavity of the argon sealing brick are communicated through the inner hole, the lower part of the argon-blowing protection part is provided with a
protection ring, a plurality of wind outlets are formed in the lower end surface of the
protection ring, the wind outlets are arranged around the inner hole, and are communicated with an
argon gas transmission device, the ring-shaped
windshield is covered on the argon-blowing protection part and the argon-sealing brick and encloses the gap, and the
windshield is made of a
ceramic fiber fabric. By adopting the structure, the die-
casting argon-blowing protection device disclosed by the invention has the following advantages that the
nitrogen retention rate in steel is obviously reduced; and as the gap between the argon-blowing protection part and the argon-sealing brick is in a sealed state, the
argon gas leakage can be reduced, and further, the argon sealing with
argon gas atmosphere with higher argon
gas concentration and lower
nitrogen-
oxygen partial pressure can be formed.
