image acquisition module, an
image analysis and screening module, an image classification module, an image filter module,an
image processing module, a defect identification module, a calculation defect position and geometric characteristic information module, a defect analysis suggestion module and a defect detection report output module which are successively connected with one another. The intelligent detection system has a
digital image processing function, analyzes and processes an acquired image, extracts a defect image and automatically generates a defect report, so that the intelligent defection for the blade surface defects of the
wind power generator system can be realized; and compared with the existing defection means, the intelligent detection system has the advantages of convenience and flexibility in detection, less time,
remote detection, accurate detection result and no safety potential
hazard.
