optimization system and relates to the field of
reproductive medicine equipment. The
system comprises a
centrifugation device as well as a sucking loading / unloading
system, a precise liquid supply device and a liquid sucking device , wherein the sucking loading / unloading
system, the precise liquid supply device and the liquid sucking device correspond to the working position of the
centrifugation device; the sucking loading / unloading system comprises a seminal fluid
bottle supply device, a to-be-loaded
test tube supply device, an unloaded
test tube conveying device and a sucking loading / unloading mechanical arm which is operated along a sucking loading / unloading track; the sucking loading / unloading mechanical arm is used for quantitatively sucking a seminal fluid in a seminal fluid
bottle into a to-be-loaded
test tube and used for conveying the to-be-loaded test tube to the working position of the
centrifugation device, or used for conveying a centrifuged test tube to the unloaded test tube conveying device; the precise seminal
fluid supply device is used for injecting a liquid into the to-be-loaded test tube; and the liquid sucking device is used for sucking a supernate from a test tube from a preset height. By adopting the intelligent seminal fluid
optimization system, automatic proportioning of the seminal fluid with the liquid can be achieved, automatic loading / unloading of test tubes can be achieved, and the efficiency can be greatly improved.
