The air damper is used for adjusting the air intake amount of air entering an engine. The air intake manifold branches are arranged above the air damper and communicate with the air damper. By the adoption of the structure, the heating devices are arranged at the pipe walls of the air intake manifold branches and heat the pipe walls of the air intake manifold branches, the temperature difference between the inner walls of the air intake manifold branches and intake air is reduced or even eliminated, the temperature of the pipe walls is greater than or equal to the air intake temperature of air, vapor inside the air is prevented from coagulating on the inner walls of the air intake manifold branches to form frost, the source of condensate water is eliminated, freezing of the air damper is effectively avoided, and it is ensured that working is reliable when the engine is in cold start in cold winter.

The invention discloses an air intake system capable of automatically adjusting an air flow and a motorcycle thereof. The air intake system comprises an air filter and an air flow adjusting system, wherein a primary air intake channel is arranged in the air filter and communicated with an air intake manifold of an engine; the air flow adjusting system comprises a vacuum tank, a negative-pressure valve component, a negative-pressure valve automatic-control system and a secondary air intake channel; and the secondary air intake channel is arranged in the air filter and communicated with the primary air intake channel. The air intake system stores a vacuum degree in the air intake manifold by the vacuum tank and ensures the stability of the vacuum degree under the function of a one-way valve. When a rotating speed reaches a set value, an electromagnetic valve is opened and the negative-pressure valve component is completely opened under the function of the vacuum tank; when the rotating speed is less than the set value, the electromagnetic valve is closed, the negative-pressure valve component is reset and the secondary air intake channel is closed; therefore, the air intake system and the motorcycle can exclude the subjective intervention of a user, ensure the performance of the engine in high-speed running and improve the performance of the engine at intermediate and low rotating speeds to further ensure optimal economic and technical indexes of the engine.

Circulating air intake system

The invention discloses a circulating air intake system for an engine. The circulating air intake system comprises a turbocharger compressor casing and an EGR mixer; the EGR mixer comprises a mixer outer shell, and an external air duct and a circulating exhaust gas duct in the mixer outer shell; the circulating air intake system further comprises a regulating valve for regulating a diameter of the external air duct; the regulating valve is arranged within the mixer outer shell and mechanically connected with a control executor; the control executor comprises an execution response device and an air control device of which one end communicates with the turbocharger compressor casing. A pressure of external incoming air in the turbocharger compressor casing is sensed through the air control device; the air control device originates a control action and a mechanical motion is generated through the execution response device; and the motion is transmitted to the regulating valve to regulate an external air pressure in the external air duct, so that a difference between the external air pressure and a pressure of circulating exhaust gas going into the mixer outer shell is kept within an ideal value, and therefore, an exhaust gas circulating system of the engine is kept efficient in working under different working conditions.

The invention relates to a closed heat insulation air cooler which comprises an upper heat exchange chamber and a lower heat insulation chamber, wherein finned tube heat exchangers and spraying nozzles are mounted in the upper heat exchange chamber; the finned tube heat exchangers are arranged in a V-shaped manner; the lower heat insulation chamber comprises three corrugated fiber moistening boards which are arranged in an encircling manner to form a cavity; the cavity takes the shape of an inverted triangle, so as to form air intake surfaces, used for enlarging the air intake filtering surfaces and improving adiabatic humidifying and cooling effects, on two sides of a V-shaped structure. The closed heat insulation air cooler comprises four working modes, namely a spraying evaporation cooling mode, an adiabatic humidifying evaporation cooling mode, a dry cooling mode and a natural cooling mode, which are controlled automatically through an electric control device, so that the air cooler can be in an optimal economical operation mode all the while, and electrical energy and water resources are saved.
