The invention discloses a control method for drilling and
pile formation, which is used for a CFG construction method. The control method comprises a drilling process and a
drill lifting and pouring process, wherein the drilling process comprises the following steps of acquiring a current drilling depth of a
drill rod in real time; judging whether the current drilling depth of the
drill rod is more than or equal to a preset drilling depth and sending out a drilling-stopping
control signal if yes so as to control a drilling
machine actuator to stop working; and the drill lifting and pouring process comprises the following steps of acquiring the main hoisting tension of a drilling
machine in real time; acquiring the pressure of
slurry on the bottom of the drill rod according to the main hoisting tension; comparing the pressure of the
slurry on the bottom of the drill rod with the target pressure of the
slurry on the bottom of the drill rod so as to acquire the pressure deviation of the slurry on the bottom of the drill rod; and taking the pressure deviation of the slurry on the bottom of the drill rod as a control object so as to control the drilling
machine actuator to lift the drill rod at corresponding speed. By efficiently controlling the drilling and back lift of the drill rod, the method can reduce the number of constructors, lower labor intensity as well as construction cost and improve construction efficiency and
pile formation quality. The invention simultaneously discloses a
control system for drilling and
pile formation, as well as a drilling machine using the
control system.
