The cloud deck photography method comprises the following steps: an electric cloud deck obtains a position of a movable terminal at a tracking starting moment through a near field communication module and a direction sensor; the movable terminal obtains a current movement state of the movable terminal through a built-in sensor module set and obtains a current position of the movable terminal through computation; the movable terminal sends the current position to the electric cloud deck through the communication module; the electric cloud deck performs tracking photography by aligning to the position of the movable terminal. The invention provides the cloud deck tracking photography system and the cloud deck tracking photography method which can perform precise positioning and tracking photography on a photographed object without aligning the movable terminal to the photography device deliberately. Meanwhile, the movable terminal is subjected to initialization positioning and setting through the near field communication module of the electric cloud deck, so that the positioning precision during initialization is improved and the operation complexity is lowered.
