The invention provides an automobile air conditioner system and a control device and method of the automobile air conditioner system. The system comprises a compressor, a vehicle exterior condenser, a first restricting element, a three-way valve, a first two-way valve, a second two-way valve, a vehicle interior condenser and a vehicle interior evaporator. An outlet of the compressor is connected with an inlet of the three-way valve. A first outlet of the three-way valve, the vehicle exterior condenser and the first two-way valve are connected through a first three-way pipe. An inlet of the compressor, the vehicle interior evaporator and the first two-way valve are connected through a second three-way pipe. A second outlet of the three-way valve is connected with the vehicle interior condenser. The first restricting element, the vehicle interior condenser and the second two-way valve are connected through a third three-way pipe. The first restricting element is connected with the vehicle exterior condenser. The second two-way valve is connected with the vehicle interior evaporator. According to the scheme, refrigeration, heating, dehumidification, defrosting and other modes are achieved through switching between the three-way valve and the two-way valve, two heat exchangers in a vehicle are independently used in refrigeration and heating modes, only one restricting element is used, and the element utilization rate is high.
