pollution-flashover paint which is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of pure 
titanium dioxide 
sol, 10-20 parts of oxydol, 14-18 parts of 
mica powder, 25-45 parts of organotin, 20-40 parts of aluminum 
hydroxide, 6-12 parts of 
decabromodiphenyl oxide, 22-34 parts of 
trichloroethylene, 15-25 parts of organic 
silicon water repellent, 15-25 parts of modified organic 
silicon resin, 1-12 parts of nano silica white, 5-10 parts of 
mica powder, 5-10 parts of aluminum 
hydroxide, 15-20 parts of nano 
polytetrafluoroethylene micropowder, 1-2 parts of 
titanium white, 0.1-1 part of catalyst and 20-30 parts of 
solvent. The anti-
pollution-flashover paint is formed by a 
polymer interpenetrating 
network structure; and by utilizing the excellent static adsorption resistance and hydrophobicity of the 
fluoride material and the excellent hydrophobicity of the organic 
silicon material, the 
adsorption effect of the 
coating surface on water drops, dust and charged particles is obviously reduced, and the 
coating surface has favorable self-cleaning property and 
weather resistance, effectively achieves the goals of long-term 
pollution flashover prevention and ice prevention of the power 
system, can enhance the 
pollution flashover voltage of the 
porcelain insulator and is beneficial to enhancing the operation reliability of the 
transmission line and prolonging the normal operation cycle.
