An object of the present invention is to collect the plan elements as a whole in a plan making process. Supervise and accept the plan during its implementation; rewards and punishments based on the degree of completion of the plan; establish group chat communication related to this program; promote the promotion and sharing of the project; arrange, statistic and analyze the data.
