The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas exploitation, and particularly discloses a horizontal well coiled tubing salvage method which comprises the following steps: S1, lightly finding a fish top: descending a salvage tool into a well until the salvage tool touches a fish, then lifting an oil tube by 2-3 m, and recording a normal hanging weight; s2, pressurizing and fishing: lowering an oil pipe to pressurize the top of the fish for 20-50kN, if the hanging weight is increased at the moment, indicating that the fish enters, then lifting the oil pipe, and if the hanging weight is higher than the normal hanging weight at the moment, indicating that the fish is fished; if the hanging weight is not changed, continuously pressurizing the falling fish by 20-50kN, and judging the fish entering condition again; the pump is stopped after 10-20 seconds after the pump is started, if the hanging weight or the pump pressure is increased, it is indicated that the fish enters the oil pipe, then the oil pipe is lifted, and if the hanging weight is increased compared with the normal hanging weight, it is proved that the fallen fish is possibly fished. The scheme is used for solving the problem that in the prior art, the fishing efficiency of shale gas well fallen fish fishing is low.
