The invention discloses an automatic anti-tilting
control system for automotive hydraulic lifting, which comprises a lifting valve, a
single chip microcomputer controller, a tilt angle sensor, a proximity switch, a
lifting gas circuit
electromagnetic valve, a quick release gas circuit
electromagnetic valve and a slow release gas circuit
electromagnetic valve, wherein the proximity switch is arranged on a
chassis sub-frame, and the
lifting gas circuit electromagnetic valve, the quick release gas circuit electromagnetic valve and the slow release gas circuit electromagnetic valve are connected with a lifting pneumatic control port, a quick release pneumatic control port and a slow release pneumatic control port of the lifting valve respectively. Detecting signals of the tilt angle sensor are inputted into the
single chip microcomputer controller, a safety
signal output end and a danger
signal output end of the
single chip microcomputer controller are connected with the
lifting gas circuit electromagnetic valve and the quick release gas circuit electromagnetic valve respectively, and two contacts of the proximity switch are connected with the quick release gas circuit electromagnetic valve and the slow release gas circuit electromagnetic valve respectively. When an automobile tilts, the tilt angle sensor outputs the signals, a display screen is used for displaying danger signals, a voice display alarm is used for prompting danger, and the single
chip microcomputer controller is used for outputting the danger signals and forcibly stopping lifting, so that a
carriage descends to a safety position, and side overturning due to titling is avoided.
