The monitoring method comprises the following steps of: step I, collecting images of personnel in the ship, collectingimages of maritime environment, collecting sea wind speed, and besides, collecting distance between the bottom of the ship and water bottom surface; step II, performing analysis and processing on theimages collected in the ship in the step 1 to determine whether a passenger has the behavior of abnormal deviation or a driver has abnormal behavior, and besides, performing image processing according to wind speed and external images of the ship to analyze the strength grade of sea wave; and step III, determining corresponding danger to the ship body according to the strength grade of the sea wave, the distance between the bottom of the ship and the water bottom surface, the behavior of abnormal deviation of passengers, and the abnormal behavior of the driver, emitting a corresponding signaland giving an alarm, and making an synthetic determination for whether an inspection for the ship is needed. The monitoring method has the advantages of being simple in monitoring process, good in transportability, and can determine whether the inspection for the ship is needed, so that a good management measure can be provided for the sailing ship.
