The invention relates to a testing method and a system for the surface-contact counterforce of the foot and surface of an animal. The invention belongs to the technology of force measuring. The method includes the following steps: confirming a sensor, the rate capacity and resolving capability of which meet requirements; demarcating the sensor; designing the arrangement form of a force measuring array; designing an animal movement channel formed by the sensor; conducting the animal to pass through a force measuring sensor channel; using a video image and the counterforce data collected in a sensor system for screening the data of the whole sole of the animal acted on the sensor as the effective data. The system includes a sensor array bracket, the force measuring sensor array arranged on the sensor array bracket; the strain signal of the sensor on the array is connected on a computer by a conditioning amplifier. The system also includes a high speed vidicon which realizes synchronous collection with the force measuring data. The system can simultaneously measure the information like the contact counterforce, the contact time and the moving action between each sole of a large gecko and a spider and an attachment surface when the large gecko and the spider move on a horizontal plane, on a vertical plane and on a ceiling.

The recombinant protein [AGL]n is a multi-copy recombinant protein formed by performing gene optimization and series connection on three protein structural domains which are a B structural domain in a staphylococcus aureus A protein combination structural domain, a C2 structural domain in a streptococcus protein G protein immune globulin combination structural domain and a B3 structural domain in a peptostreptococcus magnus protein L protein immune globulin combination structural domain, wherein n is 1, 2 or 3. The invention discloses a method for automatically measuring livestock and poultry foot parameters based on machine vision. The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting pictures containing livestock and poultry feet; s2, segmenting the collected livestock and poultry foot picture; s3, extracting livestock and poultry foot skeleton information from the segmented livestock and poultry foot picture; s4, searching cross points and end points by using the livestock and poultry foot skeleton information, wherein the end points comprise a livestock and poultry foot diameter part upper end point and a livestock and poultry foot diameter part lower end point; s5, determining a positioning point according to the cross point and the end point, and calculating the animal foot diameter length in the image sense according to the positioning point; and S6, calculating the real livestock and poultry foot diameter length and the diameter circumference according to the livestock and poultry foot diameter length in the image meaning. Compared with the traditional manual measurement recording complexity and low efficiency, the livestock and poultry foot parameter automatic measurement method based on machine vision in the livestock and poultry farm provided by the invention has the advantages that the diameter length and diameter circumference of a chicken can be automatically measured through machine vision, the workload of people is reduced, and the visual fatigue of people is relieved.
