A microwave-assisted synthesis process for preparing 11-bromoundecenoic acid

This invention discloses a microwave-assisted synthesis process for 11-bromoundecenoic acid. The specific steps are as follows: undecenoic acid is mixed with a nonpolar solvent, an initiator is added, and the mixture is stirred. The resulting preliminary reaction mixture is then transferred to a microwave reactor. After adjusting the microwave power and controlling the temperature, the mixed solution undergoes an anti-Markovnikov addition reaction with hydrogen bromide gas within the microwave reactor to generate a bromoundecenoic acid solution. The resulting addition solution is then transferred to a crystallization vessel for freeze crystallization. The crystallized product is filtered to obtain 11-bromoundecenoic acid. This invention utilizes hydrogen bromide aeration and mechanical stirring in the microwave reactor to increase the gas-liquid mass transfer area and improve mass transfer efficiency. The microwave-assisted synthesis of 11-bromoundecenoic acid achieves molecular-level stirring, significantly shortening the reaction time and effectively increasing the yield of the target product. Simultaneously, the use of a nonpolar solvent with weak microwave absorption effectively avoids the thermal effect generated by microwaves, resulting in an even higher yield of the target product.

Closed-loop recyclable bio-based polymer as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a bio-based polymer capable of being recycled in a closed-loop mode and a preparation method and application of the bio-based polymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps that firstly, isosorbide and acrylic acid are subjected to an esterification reaction to generate a mono-esterification intermediate; respectively carrying out esterification reaction on the single esterification intermediate and bio-based olefine acid 11-dodecenoic acid, cis-tridecane-12-olefine acid, 10-undecylenic acid, 9-decenoic acid, 8-nonenoic acid or 7-octenoic acid containing long-chain alkyl fragments to generate a double esterification intermediate; and carrying out ring-opening metathesis polymerization (ROMP) on the two monomers by using a Grubbs II catalyst to obtain the bio-based polyolefin capable of being recycled in a closed-loop manner. By adjusting the proportion of the raw materials and controlling the reaction time, the relative molecular mass and the mechanical property of the polymer can be regulated and controlled. The polymer can be depolymerized by Grubbs II to obtain a reactant monomer, so that efficient recovery is realized. The bio-based polyolefin material provided by the invention has potential application value in environment-friendly packaging, 3D printing, electronic equipment shells and the like.
