The invention discloses a high-strength wear-resistant
aramid yarn, a preparation method thereof and an
aramid fabric, and relates to the technical field of
textile fibers. When the high-strength wear-resistant
aramid yarn is prepared, p-phenylenediamine,
terephthaloyl chloride and 2-vinyl-4, 6-diamino-1, 3, 5-
triazine are subjected to a reaction, and aramid is prepared; the preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially reacting aramid
fiber with (3-
isocyanate propyl)
dimethylamine and modified 2, 4-dihydroxybenzophenone to obtain modified aramid
fiber; the preparation method comprises the following steps: sequentially reacting
silicon dioxide with 3-(2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyltrimethoxysilane and
phosphoric acid di (hydroxyethyl
acrylate) ester to prepare modified
silicon dioxide; mixing the modified aramid
fiber with the modified
silicon dioxide, and performing wet
spinning to obtain primary aramid fiber; the primary aramid fiber reacts with 1, 2-
ethanedithiol and then is twisted to obtain the high-strength wear-resistant aramid fiber
yarn. The prepared high-strength wear-resistant aramid yarn has good
wear resistance,
flame retardance,
aging resistance and antibacterial performance.
