The invention relates to an injection molding machine lubricating oil, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 85-95 parts of mineral base oil, 15-25 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, and 3-5 parts of hexachlorocyclopentadiene , 3-5 parts of ethanedithiol, 5-10 parts of alkylated diphenylamine, 10-15 parts of graphene, 5-10 parts of modified zircon powder, 1-3 parts of methyl carbamate and 2 parts of benzimidazole -4 parts. The lubricating oil of the present invention has good anti-wear properties, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, anti-foaming properties, good sealing adaptability, high cleanliness, and can meet the requirements of the hydraulic system of the injection molding machine for lubricating oil. The lubricating oil itself has strong adhesion so that the oil is not easily lost quickly. The preparation method of the invention is simple, convenient for industrial production and low in cost.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a method, at least in part, for improving the performance of photocatalysts (semiconductor photocatalysts) by incorporating a metal (for example, a metal ion of a late transition metal, such as Nickel) adheres to the surface of the semiconductor (photocatalyst). More specifically, 1,2-ethanedithiol (EDT) acts as an excellent molecule for adhering a transition metal complex such as nickel (Ni2+ ion) to the surface of a semiconductor material used to form a cadmium sulfide surface linking agent (organic ligand). The photocatalyst has a special role in hydrogen evolution from hydrogen sulfide.

Interior wall mildew prevention coating

The invention discloses an interior wall mildew prevention coating. The coating is prepared from, by weight, 4-8 parts of ergosterol, 2.5-6.4 parts of rosin, 5-10 parts of terpene resin, 2.5-6.4 parts of ethyl chrysanthemumate, 1.5-4.6 parts of 1,2-ethanedithiol, 1.4-2.8 parts of ethyl vanillin, 3.7-6.2 parts of pesticide emulsifier 600-2, 2.5-5 parts of an acrylic resin modified casein film forming agent and 1.5-3.6 parts of chlorosulfonyl isocyanate. Compared with present products, the coating disclosed in the invention has the following advantages: addition and mixing of ergosterol and ethyl vanillin make the coating have a good antibiosis effect and strong mildew resistance; terpene resin, 1,2-ethanedithiol and chlorosulfonyl isocyanate are cheap, so the coating is cheap; and formaldehyde and VOCs are not used in the raw materials, so the coating has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection.
