The invention discloses a
wireless measurement and
control system for a grain condition based on multiple networks. The
system comprises
wireless sensor nodes, a detecting and controlling sub-
machine, a coordinator, a monitoring PC
machine, a printer, a monitoring
mobile phone and a remote PC
machine, wherein the detecting and controlling sub-machine comprises a CC2530 core board, a WCDMA
network module (MC8781) and a power supply; and each
wireless sensor node comprises a CC2530 core board,
two temperature cable groups, a temperature and
humidity sensor (SHT15) and a power supply. Acquired grain condition data is transmitted to the detecting and controlling sub-machine on the outer wall of a granary via a ZigBee network by the wireless sensor nodes in the granary; the detecting and controlling sub-machine reports the data to a WCDMA network
base station via the WCDMA
network module (MC8781); the WCDMA network
base station directly communicates with the monitoring
mobile phone or reports the data to the
remote control PC machine via
the Internet; simultaneously, the detecting and controlling sub-machine transmits the grain condition data to the coordinator via the ZigBee network; and the coordinator transmits the data to the monitoring host via RS232 serial ports. The
wireless measurement and
control system provided by the invention has the characteristics of multi-
network communication, reasonable nodes distribution, low
system power consumption, low cost and fast
data transmission rate.
